At Modist, we push past traditional brewing by embracing creativity and unconstrained experimentation. Utilizing a mash filter powered brewing system, they push past traditional methods to harness raw inspiration. In their first year, Modist was named Best New Brewery in Minnesota by Growler Magazine and one of "The 50 Best Breweries in the United States" by BeerAdvocate, later named Minnesota's Most Innovative Brewery. Weekly Happy Hour: Sunday-Wednesday, 4-6 pm.
