I changed my major my junior year of undergrad from chemical engineering to Nutrition and Dietetics... I became a Registered Dietitian in 2000 and have worked for the past 18 years as a clinical dietitian in all areas of nutrition with particular emphasis on patients with chronic kidney disease, Diabetes and Hypertension.
