Currently The Turn, and North Olmsted Golf Club, have 7 solo-rider golf carts, and 5 Paragolfer carts, to facilitate adaptive golf. In 2002, the NOGA Charities & Foundation created The Turn (formerly Return To Golf) with the mission of restoring physically challenged golfers to the greatest degree of independence possible...
