From Ukraine to Virginia: Olesia's Story — My name is Olesia, and I'm a florist originally from the Transcarpathian region of Ukraine. In 2022, my family and I moved to Virginia seeking a safe haven from the war. The kindness and support we received here inspired me to continue working with flowers, something I've loved doing for many years. That's why I created Olesia's Flowers, a family-run business that serves the Northern Virginia area I now call home.
