Empowering Youth. Changing Lives. Ensuring all youth are safe, healthy, independent and valued. Pathfinders offers a variety of programs and resources to ensure youth's immediate safety and long-term stability. Young people provide extensive input on these programs to ensure they are effective for themselves and their peers. Services include: Housing — helping unhoused young adults aged 18-25 secure safe housing and prevent future homelessness; Drop-In Center — meeting youth's need for food, clothing, mental wellness and safe social spaces; Emergency Youth Shelter — emergency shelter for youth aged 11-17, plus crisis counseling for youth aged 18-21; Clinical Services — supporting young people living with mental health, psychosis and/or substance use diagnoses; Street Outreach — connecting with youth in their neighborhoods to share basic needs items and health and safety resources; and Anti-Sexual Violence Services — connecting youth 25 and under experiencing trafficking with supportive people, housing, mental health support, and legal resources.
