Pet shelter for dogs and cats: lost, found, adoptable. Available Dogs and Cats. We are almost entirely managed by volunteers. Our volunteers help keep our kitties and doggies fed, clean, and happy. They also help with office work, building maintenance, and fundraising. Thanks to our generous supporters, PAL is able to offer a Pet Food Pantry for those who need help feeding their cat or dog. 501(c)3 Non-profit organization.
