My name is Tara Brown. I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2015 and Reiki Master since 2019 with a specialization in CranioSacral Therapy and headache and migraine relief.

As an intuitive bodyworker, I am able to tune in and listen to the body allowing me to customize each session to your needs. My philosophy to bodywork is to be gentle, yet effective. Relaxation and calming the nervous system is always top priority as this allows the body to begin the healing process.
