Our History

Rasch Construction is a second-generation, family-owned business with a rich history of providing quality service since 1981. Founded by Larry Rasch, a structural engineer with deep roots in the construction industry, the company has steadily grown, serving diverse industries across Southeast Wisconsin and Northern Illinois. Larry’s son, Jason, joined in 1993 as seasonal help and eventually became President in 2012, a role he held until 2024.

In the summer of 2024, Steve Rasch, Bryan Yakel, and Tina (Rasch) Yakel purchased the company from Larry and Jason, ensuring it remained in the family. With over 40 years of experience, Rasch Construction has built a reputation for personalized service, tailored results, and a commitment to excellence. Our skilled team, including field employees with an average of 25+ years of experience, offers design/build, new construction, remodeling, tenant build-outs, and construction management services.
