Nestled in the scenic backdrop of the Blue Ridge Mountains, the St. Andrew's Mountain Community Center is a community resource in the truest sense. It is located on the corner of Mission Road in the Shannondale subdivision of Harpers Ferry, West Virginia. With the leadership of the SAMCCP board and the permission of the Episcopal Diocese of West Virginia, our community center is maintained and operated by volunteers and donations within the community.
