My name is Ted Anderson and I am the owner of St Paul FrameUps. I have been in the Picture Framing business since August 1998.

The goal of St Paul FrameUps is to always give you the best combination of Frame, Matting, and Glass that I can find for your picture framing needs. We create all projects on a custom basis right here in-house.
