Meet Sweets & Meats Sweets & Meats BBQ is a certified women-owned business with the State of Ohio and City of Cincinnati with humble beginnings. Launched in 2014, Co-Founders Kristen Bailey and Anton Gaffney, were intentional about starting the business in their own neighborhood, setting up a tent in the parking lot of the Mt.
