In 1988, two brothers, fresh out of high school, opened T-Shirt Kingdom in Virginia Beach. Our first location was on 14th and Atlantic, across from the pier. In 2014, the entire 1400 block was torn down, and we moved to Pembroke Mall. We were amazed and humbled by the fact that so many of our customers (many from out of state) continued keeping in touch and visiting our store, even though it was no longer at the oceanfront.
