Jimmy Hoxie is a Memphis native and honors graduate of Johnson & Wales University's Charleston campus. He grew up cooking and baking with his mother and grandmother. He has worked in the kitchens at Disney World, Viking Range Corp., Bonne Terre, La Tourelle, Bach's Lunch, Sur La Table, The Liquor Store, and Crosstown Arts. He is also an actor and artist.
