Welcome to Trios Italian Grille! 

Owners Dino Maio, Adam Mitroi, and George Mitroi are excited to bring a new culinary concept to Northeast Ohio. Italian favorites have long been staples in Mentor.  Trios Italian Grille will provide traditional fare with new world flare. The combination of the Maio family heritage from the Campobasso region and the Mitroi culinary passion will take Italian dining to a whole new level. Graduates of the Culinary Institute of America, Adam (06) and his father, George (76), have traveled key regions in Italy where they sampled foods in Venice, Rome and Tuscany. From this grew the inspiration for Trios Italian Grille.

Fresh ingredients and a commitment to quality are the hallmarks of the Trios menu.
