Tullibee (at Hewing Hotel)

Tullibee is a North Loop Minneapolis restaurant shaped by fire, season and a strong connection to the region. At the heart of the kitchen is a custom wood-fired hearth, where smoke and flame bring depth to ingredients gathered from local farms, forests and lakes. Named after a cold-water fish found in Minnesota's deepest waters, Tullibee celebrates the character of the North through house-butchered meats, freshwater fish, seasonal produce and traditional smoking, pickling and salt-curing.
