About
Therapeutic bodywork, personalized to address your specific needs. You live in your body and understand how it feels better than anyone, so my goal as a bodyworker is to offer detailed therapy guided by this innate awareness. I approach the body as a whole by listening to what you are experiencing, assessing gait and compensation patterns, then developing a treatment plan.
