Vision: Students learn to connect their mind, body, and energy through cheer and tumbling. They grow in understanding the value of a powerful mindset, sustained fitness, and self-actualization.

Mission: Athletes advance their skills safely by building strength, flexibility, and endurance through frequent drills and exercises. Students gain confidence to send skills independently.

Goals: Individuals are coached to their unique learning styles, personalities, and skill levels. They are encouraged to be self-motivated and resilient, inside and out of the gym.

Value: Everyone feels safe and welcome when they enter our judgement-free space. They can be themselves, love themselves, and cheer for everyone to do the same.
