Zentli is a word in the indigenous language of Nahuatl, meaning corn on the cob. Here, we celebrate the flavors of Mexico - from its street food to its people. We use Masienda masa exclusively, as it is an heirloom corn that helps us get as close as possible to the zentli of our ancestors.
