A brand-new Holiday show – Open Eye style!
It’s the blizzard of the century on the longest night of the year–and you're stranded on a bumpy back road outside a ramshackle tavern that time forgot. Welcome to the Wünderbar–the pitstop for lost souls, broken hearts, and haunted taxidermy!
Pull up a stool and pour yourself a shot of the perfect antidote to typical holiday fare!
From Josef Evans—author of Open Eye’s popular summer musicals LOCH MESS, LOG JAM, and HAIRBALL, as well as the History Theatre’s hit WHOA, NELLIE!—comes a cheeky and heartfelt new play with music. Bringing his signature blend of absurd humor and wholesome sentiment, Evans spins a winter’s tale of four melancholy strangers who fumble their way toward hope and a new belief in the “wonderful” in everything.
