THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE

MASSAGE SERVICES

Lisa West has kept my body moving for nearly a decade. I’ve spent 25+ years working on a computer and traveling for business, both of which have contributed to soft tissue challenges in my neck and upper body. I tried many massage therapists before meeting Lisa, so I know she’s simply the best. Lisa is expert at getting to the root cause of pain and uses just the right combination of therapies to relieve aches, tension and stress in my body and mind. She is an integral part of my health and well-being. - Lisa H., St Paul
