Ardeo Barbell is a locally owned and operated gym in Nolensville, TN. We began as a small, neighborhood gym at the end of 2020, and have since grown. We are excited to expand our services, and bring something special to the Nolensville community. We are a gym that hopes to foster a love for fitness.
