Artisan Ramen

Artisan Ramen brings fresh made noodles, sushi and poke to downtown Milwaukee. Since 2017, we've been redefining ramen with a twist on classic favorites, special events and ramen classes. With a name like Artisan Ramen, it's no surprise we only employ skilled virtuosos of ramen in our kitchen. We begin by crafting noodles fresh each day using a machine imported from Japan, before they are hand-cooked and protein prepared to order — whether it's braised pork, grilled chicken, or fried tofu. We combine this all in a rich broth slowly simmered from pork or vegetable, mixing in green onion, mushrooms, and other veggies to add flavor and texture. In addition to ramen, we also offer sushi, poke bowls, appetizers ranging from spicy edamame to beef skewers, shrimp tempura, and crab rangoons. Happy hour every Monday – Friday 5pm – 7pm.
